The content was created in close collaboration with an international team of 4 experts in the field of upper extremity orthopedic surgery, namely Associate Prof Dr Pavel Dráč, 
Prof Dr Matej Kastelec and Prof Dr Fabio A Suárez as the authors and Dr Simon Lambert as the executive editor.
